Zouhair Sebati, CEO & Founder
Zouhair founded Disrupt First with the core belief that companies do not need to physically be in Silicon Valley to be as innovative and disruptive in their industry, use the most modern processes and technology, give their customers the most compelling of user experiences, or have access to the right talent pool and culture.
Zouhair brings more than 20 years of experience accelerating large scale digital and business transformation and innovation for industry leading companies including Verizon and S&P Global, where he was the CIO and managed world-class technology organizations in the thousands. Zouhair is known to always obsess about the customer experience, focusing on building effective relationships with the business, and ensuring a strong business alignment and technology strategy. Through these influential roles of increasing responsibility, he drove innovative programs that delivered a 3-5x ROI from technology investments, optimized eCommerce/Mobile experiences for millions of customers, led several corporate innovation programs that delivered hundreds of millions from "big ideas", helped address $640M of monthly lost revenue, and created up to $125M in annual shareholder value.
When he is not being passionate about the business impact of technology, and when he is not on the soccer field with his kids, Zouhair travels around the world to help all businesses adapt to the disruptive power of digital/cloud/mobile first competitors, as they accelerate their use of technology as a strategic weapon to get breakthrough results.
