Throughout this process, we use a variety of both modern and established tools and frameworks including: Backlogs (Enterprise, Portfolio, Program, Team, and Sprint), Customer Journey Maps, Business Model Canvas, Strategy Maps, Heat Maps (Risks, Threats), and various Quality Management Tools and Scorecards.
